Building a single tour package for their distributors required an agent to: - Manually open and read dozens of different files. - Hunt for the correct pricing and availability. - Manually copy-paste this data into a central spreadsheet. This process was painfully slow, taking 24-48 hours, and was extremely prone to human error. In the fast-moving travel market, this delay meant their distributors were getting "stale" quotes and Gaofei was losing valuable bookings.

We implemented an AI-powered Data Extraction Pipeline designed to thrive on Gaofei's chaotic data. The solution was built to read and understand all their incoming supplier formats and centralize the data instantly.

- Multi-Format Ingestion: The system automatically monitors Gaofei's inbox and supplier portals, ingesting all incoming quote files (PDFs, JPEGs, etc.). - AI-Driven OCR & Extraction: Using a custom-trained AI model, the platform reads these documents like a human. It instantly identifies and extracts the key data points—supplier name, service type, price, validity dates, etc. - Centralized Pricing Hub: All this extracted data is instantly aggregated and fed into a simple, live dashboard. Instead of hunting through files, Gaofei's agents now have a single, searchable database of all current supplier costs, allowing them to build complex, accurate quotes for their distributors in minutes. Why This Worked: - Taming the "Unstructured" World: The AI was specifically designed to handle the messiness of real-world business (scanned JPEGs, blurry PDFs), not just clean spreadsheets. - Speed to Market: By eliminating the manual data entry bottleneck, Gaofei’s speed-to-quote became their new competitive advantage. - Human-in-the-Loop, Not Replaced: We didn't replace their expert agents.
